We actually bought these fixtures four years ago, so it’s been extra exciting to see them finally installed! I’m a if-you-love-something-use-it-again-and-again kinda gal (you should see how much use my favorite Levis get 😉), so it’s no surprise that I picked out these exact same sconces for the Farmhouse last year. They looked perfect on that much-grander, historic, white beauty, too.
With Fall weather on the horizon, I also added doormats on each deck. I scoured the internet for a large-ish braided/lovers-knot/rope-knot doormat and this was by far the best deal I could find with positive reviews. I layered it on this Target rug (in 3x5) and added pumpkins and mums, because…Fall!!!
Some of you may remember that we did, in fact, already have these lights installed, but we had to take them down when we added a second story and resided the house. I was a tiny bit worried that I wouldn’t love them as much on the newly wood-sided house, but wouldn’t you know it, I do! These lights are so versatile.
Here’s a wider view of the second entrance for those of you who have asked to see more of the exterior. This ‘back’ door leads into what will be a compact laundry/mudroom. You can see that we have more siding to do, but she’s getting there!
