Happy Friday 11/23/18 + Thanks
Happy Friday! How was your Thanksgiving? We celebrated the holiday at my sister's house this year and it was filling, fun, and just as crazy as you might expect with 11 young people running around.
My sister has a beautiful old home in the hills surrounding Portland (Oregon...not Maine ;) ). We decorated the table with flowers and appetizers, which really could have been a full meal, but you know...Thanksgiving ;) And then we pulled out the china and ate for real. Turkey and stuffing and salads and mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. All my favs. And today we're settling in for football, leftovers, and a little bit of shopping.

Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed by all the inspiration out there, but this home tour really brought me back. It's exactly what I want our Farmhouse to feel like.
