Happy Friday 4/23/21
Happy Friday! And happy belated Earth Day. The weather has been nice enough around to work on our yard and garden and I can’t believe our luck! This week I shopped for screen doors because I just want to throw our doors wide open…but the bugs 😏. We also seeded our patchy front lawn and I’ve never been so excited about grass!

Here are some fun links from the week…
“When it comes to children’s development, parents should worry less about kids’ screen time—and more about their own.“ I needed this reminder. (Atlantic)
Someone please buy this house and then invite us over for dinner! It’s in New York and under $100k. (@cheapoldhouses)
What do you do if your home’s “before” is someone else’s “after”? I think about this a lot, especially in context of renovating so publicly. (apartmenttherapy)
The cutest baskets! (tuesdaymade)
This before-and-after has me dreaming of wallpaper. And sloped attic ceilings! (@kinandkasa)
I love every interior Stephanie Sabbe touches! (studiomcgee)
Adding ‘treehouse hotel’ to our travel wishlist! (cntraveler)
Ladies, what are we supposed to be doing about our wrinkles and lines? This was a freeing perspective: Justine Bateman Is Aging. She No Longer Cares What You Think About That. “The idea that women need to change their faces has been absorbed as a matter of fact in recent years. And I find that really disturbing.” (glamour)
Love these mix and match swimsuits! (everlane affiliate)
When I was 15, my parents sent me on a 3-week Outward Bound course down then Deschutes River and up Mt. Washington in Oregon and it was THE COOLEST. So I fully agree with this: teenage girls need outdoor adventure. (outside)
Have a good weekend!
