Happy Friday 8/9/24

Happy Friday! How was your week? We snuck in a family vacation to Seattle and biked, bussed, walked, and ate our way through the city :) Highlights included biking to Golden Gardens at low tide (the kids LOVED the tide pools!), soaking in the waterfront with the Great Wheel and the new Titanic exhibit, the oh-so-quirky gum wall, donuts at Donut Factory, Thai at Kin Len in Fremont, and happy hour at Tom Douglas’ Half Shell restaurant. You just can’t beat Seattle in the summer! Wishing you a lovely weekend!

I promised to report back, and these denim shorts were a hit (they run big, so size down). Also picked up this cute top. I know everyone’s starting to think ahead to Fall, but I’m going to soak up every bit of summer the Pacific Northwest is going to give me ;)

This Los Angeles ceramist’s home is basically a “beach cottage stuck up in a tree”. What a cutie!

I picked up this best-selling paperback for our family vacation and have hardly cracked it but excited to dig in.

Have a good one!
