Happy Friday 07/03/20

Happy Friday! And happy (almost) Independence Day! What are your holiday plans? We’re planning to bake pies and bbq and connect with family on FaceTime.

Goodness I can’t believe all the support and similar feelings expressed from readers on Monday’s life update post. Thank you. The value of blogging is in connection, and hearing from so many of you about your own paths and experiences really reminded me of that. Thanks for being here ❤️

More from the week…

I’m in love with this 600sf East Hamptons cottage, tiny kitchen and all. I could see Garrett and I retiring to an efficient and adorable home like this someday (with the grandkids right next door 😉). (remodelista)

I keep coming back to this bathroom from the ORC. The sink, the faucets, the vintage box on the floor…it’s lovely! (@prepfordwife)

‘The Year of Less’ has been on my reading list forever and I finally listened to it last week. It’s a short read and Ms. Flanders’s journey to buying less, owning less, and simplifying was totally inspiring. (Amazon affiliate, Indiebound)

Have a great holiday weekend!
