Today we’re talking about landlording! Most of you probably know that Garrett and I are landlords. We started out 10 years ago renting out a room to a family member and have grown into full-time landlords with 5 rental units. We’ve learned a lot along the way (like SO MUCH!) and today we’re sharing some of our best landlording tips and the simple principles that guide us.
